ANXIETY DISORDERS
For most people anxiety is fed by worrying about what could go wrong in the future or by fears of re-experiencing situations that caused pain in the past. You may also be experiencing physical symptoms such as shortness of breath, rapid heart beat, tightness of the chest, dizziness or sweaty palms. Regardless of the particular symptoms, anxiety can be debilitating and overwhelming.
